At the headquarters of Shiyuan Group at 16:00 on May 5, 2017, Shiyuan Group Chairman Liu Yuqiang, CNOOC Liaoning Natural Gas Co., Ltd. General Manager and Party Branch Secretary Liu Yi, and 11 leaders from both parties attended the signing ceremony.
